Jieun is leading the LUMEN team in their impassioned efforts to bring information into North Korea. She authored "North Korea's Hidden Revolution: How the Information Underground is Transforming a Closed Society," and is a PhD candidate at Oxford University. She received her Bachelors and Masters in Public Policy at Harvard.
